AKC Annually Licensed Agility Trial Secretary

Carolyn Johnson, owner of Lab Tested Secretary Services, has provided secretarial services since 1999, including agility, conformation, obedience, rally,  
hunt tests and herding tests/trials.  In addition to working with midwestern clubs, Carolyn has served as secretary for national specialties held at Purina Farms.

Services provided include:
Pre-Trial
	Assistance with trial application
	Premium preparation and distribution
	Posting of event information, including fill-in entry form, on Lab Tested Secretary website
	Entry processing with immediate email confirmation of entry
	Mailing confirmation letters with judging schedule by email or USPS
	Preparation of all paperwork for event, including catalogs, scribesheets, judge's books, ring steward sheets, armbands
	Processing credit card entries
At Trial
	Supervision of scoring at event, including additional scorekeeper for second ring if needed
	Completion of all required paperwork for AKC, judges and club
	Providing all necessary computer equipment and office supplies
Post-Trial
	Mailing exhibitor results letters and posting marked results to Lab Tested Secretary website
	Completion of Trial / Show secretary reports for AKC
	Electronic results to AKC
	Financial reports for club

Carolyn has been involved in dog shows since 1995, starting with her first Labrador Retriever, Kala.  Since then, she has shown her Labs in conformation, 
obedience, rally, agility and hunt tests.
